There is a backup battery if you ever get a power cut

How long does the battery last for?
Up to 2 days, but most power cuts only normally last a few hours

How long does my alarm sound for?
For approximately 4 minutes, then your alarm will reset itself

Does the Motion Detector look through the window?
No, these detectors are activated by body heat and movement

Does the alarm go off if someone tampers with it?
YES, for example if the external siren was unscrewed the alarm would go into activation

Is there any warranties or guarantees?
Yes, on all products and installation

Do we hear from you again after you have installed our alarm?
YES, definitely you are not forgotton we will contact you 1-2 times a year for a service check

Do I need my alarm serviced?
YES, Like a vehicle requires a service everyear, so does your alarm

Can I have my alarm monitored?
YES, the panels that we use have a communicator and we connect the phone line at time of installation (in case you require this service in the future)
